This page explains what personal data antoineborg.tech collects, why, and what you can do about it. I keep it short and I only collect what I need to run the community.

Who is responsible

Antoine Borg, based in Malta. For anything about your data, email [email protected]. I read every message myself.

What I collect

• When you hold a spot: your name, email, the plan you picked and, if you add it, the problem you'd bring.
• When you use the agent chat: the problem you type, the answers the agents give and, if you unlock the rest of the team, your name and email.
• When you pay: Stripe handles your card. I see your name, email and whether the payment went through, never your card number.
• Basic technical data: your IP address, kept with signups and chats only to stop spam and abuse.

Why I use it

• To send the emails you asked for: your spot confirmation, the payment link, your welcome email and the fix from the agent chat.
• To run the community and the live calls, and to reply when you write to me.
• To tell you about upcoming calls and sessions. Every email has a way to stop them.

The legal basis is your request and our agreement when you sign up or pay, and my legitimate interest in keeping the site safe from abuse. I never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Who helps me run it

These services process data on my behalf, only for the purposes above:

• Cloudflare: hosts the website and stores signups.
• Resend: sends the emails.
• Stripe: takes payments.
• Skool: hosts the private members' group.
• Cal.com: books 1:1 sessions.
• AI model providers: generate the answers in the agent chat from the problem you type. Please don't type passwords, health details or other sensitive information into the chat.

Some of these providers process data outside the EU. When they do, they use the safeguards the law requires, such as the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it

I keep your details while you're a member or a lead I may contact, and delete them when you ask. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The agent chat stores a random ID in your browser so it can recognise a returning visitor, and the private admin area uses a sign-in cookie for the site owner only.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use it. Email [email protected] and I'll handle it within a month. If you're unhappy with my answer, you can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta (idpc.org.mt).
